With Hindi being the national language of India; many a times you stumble upon an important PDF file with Hindi fonts. And unless you make your Acrobat Reader installed on your PC interpret those Hindi fonts, the entire PDF file once opened appears like a language of symbols -- A symbol document which you possibly can't read.
So How to open a Hindi PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader? The method is given below.
Instructions to open a Hindi PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader:
1) The PDF file is in Hindi, hence you have to install hindi fonts in your Acrobat Reader to read the File. But first Right Click on the PDF file link (in case you find it via a download link on the web) and choose Save Link as.. to Save the PDF file on to your PC desktop.If you have file on some storage media, then you already know where it's saved.
2)You will need Hindi font to help the Acrobat Reader interpret the hindi font. So look for Hindi font on web. For instance, Hindi Font is available for Download Here [Save the file on your PC desktop].

3) ON Your PC: Go to My Computer >> C Drive >> Program Files >> Adobe >> Reader 8.0 (or whatever your version is) >> Resource >> Font
Just copy/cut the Font file you saved on Desktop(or wherever it's saved) and paste it inside this Font Folder.
Now when you reopen the Hindi PDF File in Acrobat Reader, you will see Hindi fonts.
